Ronan was born on June 13, 2001 in Edmonton to Joe and Ali. He is a big brother to Malcolm; grandson to Lydia, Teresa and Bob; nephew, cousin and friend to many. A 4th grader at Prince Charles School; musician; music lover; chess champion; Harry Potter fan; bananagram-er; card shark; board gamer, corny joke teller. And cancer fighter.

This blog is intended to ensure that Ronan’s vast support team of family and friends are connected, informed and engaged while he, dad Joe, mom Ali and brother Malcolm help him beat a terrible, scary disease - embryonal sarcoma, a rare childhood liver cancer. Hi everyone

I've been so busy feeding Ronan that I haven't had much time for blogging...
My laptop got dropped so I don't have that internet access in the kitchen anymore. :)

Ronan is feeling good - he has been enjoying the sun and cold weather - we've walked uptown a few times, around Lily Lake, and around the block in my mom and dad's neighbourhood. We check in with Judy at the hospital this afternoon, so I'll give an update on his weight gain after that. I am going to guess 5lbs. (He's had 2 tubs of Ben & Jerry's ice-cream since Friday!!) Here's hoping.
