Ronan was born on June 13, 2001 in Edmonton to Joe and Ali. He is a big brother to Malcolm; grandson to Lydia, Teresa and Bob; nephew, cousin and friend to many. A 4th grader at Prince Charles School; musician; music lover; chess champion; Harry Potter fan; bananagram-er; card shark; board gamer, corny joke teller. And cancer fighter.

This blog is intended to ensure that Ronan’s vast support team of family and friends are connected, informed and engaged while he, dad Joe, mom Ali and brother Malcolm help him beat a terrible, scary disease - embryonal sarcoma, a rare childhood liver cancer. Happy Friday

I just want to say how nice it was to see all my violin students last night at the concert...sorry we didn't stay for the whole concert - it was Ronan's first outing and we didn't want to tire him out - but he didn't want to miss Malcolm's performance and he was so happy to see his orchestra pals!!

Ronan also visited his class at school this afternoon - they were patiently waiting all day with hats on! Mrs. Colwell - if the pictures turned out, email them to me and we can post them :) Thank you Gr. 4's for all your smiles today - next time his visit can be longer.
