Today a fruit basket with about 20 mangoes arrived for us from "Our friends in SJ" - So beautiful! The nurses are drooling over them and we all had a good laugh. :)
We also received a beautiful bouquet of fruit (chocolate covered strawberries and apples, cantaloupe, pineapples cut like flowers, oranges, yum yum!) Thank you Cousin Lydia! There isn't much left of our bouquet!
Ronan is feeling a bit perkier today. Although his temperature is still up and he is still nauseated, the doctors I think have come up with the right "cocktail" to keep his tummy happy. Also, yesterday's nurse, Lisa, taught Ronan some great breathing techniques. :) and he had soup for supper!
And Ronan has electric green hair!!! Pictures to follow. He is sooooo happy with his new look. :)

ps. Thank you Kaleb and Mrs. Vienneau for the lovely card Ronan got in the mail today!
Ronan was born on June 13, 2001 in Edmonton to Joe and Ali. He is a big brother to Malcolm; grandson to Lydia, Teresa and Bob; nephew, cousin and friend to many. A 4th grader at Prince Charles School; musician; music lover; chess champion; Harry Potter fan; bananagram-er; card shark; board gamer, corny joke teller. And cancer fighter.
This blog is intended to ensure that Ronan’s vast support team of family and friends are connected, informed and engaged while he, dad Joe, mom Ali and brother Malcolm help him beat a terrible, scary disease - embryonal sarcoma, a rare childhood liver cancer. So welcome to Ronan’s blog. Sit, read, cry, and vow to fight this fight with Ronan, Malcolm, Ali and Joe. And please leave a few words of encouragement with a Comment.

Glad to hear the doctors have come up with the right cocktail and able to find some yummy stuff to eat! Looking forward to seeing pictures of the new look Ronan! The girls will be pretty excited to see them. They are anxious to see you to have a game of "Sorry" cards with you again! Have a good nights rest!
